Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Originale-Rabattverträge 2026-06 Aclidiniumbromid/Formoterol (Wirkstoffkombination)

The participating funds aim to conclude discount contracts with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active ingredient combination Aclidinium bromide/Formoterol in accordance with Section 130c (1) SGB V. The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open-House-Originale procedure of the participating funds: Individual negotiations on contract content will not be conducted, uniform conditions apply. The participating statutory health insurers do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract duration is a maximum of 24 months for TK, starting on 01.09.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 31.08.2028, irrespective of the date of contract conclusion. In the event of patent expiry/expiry of market exclusivity before the above end date, the contract ends automatically at the end of the month of patent expiry/market exclusivity. Joining this Open-House-Originale procedure is possible at any time within the contract duration. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
