Germany – Sports fields maintenance services – Mähroboter zur Pflege der Sportplätze

The municipalities of Deinste, Fredenbeck and Kutenholz intend to procure a uniform autonomous mower robot fleet for the regular maintenance of several sports fields and associated ancillary areas. The subject of the three 60-month leasing contracts is a fully operational overall system, including mower robots, charging stations, RTK/correction infrastructure, software, mobile communications and usage rights, accessories, installation, training, maintenance, winter service and fault clearance. The devices must be designed for permanent professional use on sports surfaces. The aim is to achieve a uniform, sports field-appropriate cutting pattern with high availability, low soil compaction, central controllability and calculable total costs over the usage period. The services will be awarded as a functionally coherent overall system. The contractor bears the overall responsibility for the compatibility of all components and for the operational handover at all locations.
