Poland – Workstations – Dostawa sprzętu komputerowego na potrzeby projektu pn. „Prace B+R nad stworzeniem asystenta cyfrowego do projektowania obiektów mostowych z algorytmizacją zadań i zaawansowanymi narzędziami rekomendacyjnymi” realizowanego na Wydziale Inżynierii Lądowej i Środowiska Politechniki Gdańskiej.

The subject of the contract is the supply of 3 desktop computers, 3 monitors and 2 laptop computers for the needs of the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering of Gdańsk University of Technology. 2. The contract is financed under the European Funds for a Modern Economy, contract no.: FENG.01.01-IP.01-002/25, project entitled “B+R work on creating a digital assistant for the design of bridge structures with task algorithmization and advanced recommendation tools”. 3. The subject of the contract must be new, from current production, free of any defects and damage, without previous use and cannot be the subject of third-party rights. 4. The delivered contract item must be ready for use according to its intended purpose, without additional investment purchases on the part of the Purchaser. 5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is defined in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, which is annex no. 10 to the SWZ. 6. The Contractor is obliged to implement the contract on the principles and conditions described in this SWZ and in the provisions of the contract, which are annex no. 4 to the SWZ. 7. The Purchaser requires the Contractor to provide a warranty for the offered subject of the contract for at least 24 months, counted from the date of signing the acceptance protocol without reservations. 8. The Contractor is obliged to clearly specify the offered computer equipment in the Itemised Price Form, prepared according to the template which is annex no. 2 to the SWZ, characterising it by indicating the manufacturer and model or type/series or other data enabling the unambiguous identification of the offered subject of the contract. 9. The Purchaser will apply to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education for confirmation of the application of a 0% VAT rate in connection with art. 83, para. 1, point 26, lit. a, para. 13, 14 and 15 of the Act of 11.03.2004 on the tax on goods and services (i.e. Dz. U. of 2025, item 775 as amended) to workstations and monitors (items 1 and 2 of the Itemised Price Form) included in annex no. 8 to this Act. 10. The Purchaser requires that the offered service, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to implement the contract, both as main elements and as components, service environment elements or accompanying solutions, does not include: a) ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in art. 33, para. 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of the state's security; b) an ICT product, the type of which was determined in the decision on recognising the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in art. 67b, para. 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or ICT services or ICT processes specified in this decision. Failure to meet the above requirement results in the rejection of the offer on the basis of art. 226, para. 1, point 17 or point 19 of the Pzp Act. The Contractor submits a relevant declaration in this regard in the offer.
