Bulgaria – Calibration services – „Избор на изпълнител за калибриране на съществуващи кантари (сензори за претегляне в движение)“

The subject of the public procurement contract covers the performance of the following activities, but is not limited to: a) Calibration of existing weigh-in-motion (WIM) sensors, subject of the public procurement contract, in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Specification (Appendix A). The forecasted quantity to be calibrated is 36 (thirty-six) existing weigh-in-motion (WIM) sensors, installed in 18 (eighteen) weigh-in-motion (WIM) stations, located within the scope of the Road Police Management (RPM). The specific quantities will be determined by the Contracting Authority through request(s), according to its needs, every 6 (six) months, within the contract execution period or until the financial resource is exhausted, whichever of the two events occurs first. b) Issuance of a certificate and/or certificate for each calibration performed for the corresponding WIM station. c) All other activities necessary for the execution of the subject of the public procurement contract. *IMPORTANT! The specified volume is forecasted. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to entrust the execution of the full volume. Depending on the needs of the Contracting Authority, the number of existing weigh-in-motion (WIM) sensors, subject to calibration, may be less than or more than the specified forecasted volume, within the contract execution period. The Contracting Authority will pay only the actually requested quantity, subject to calibration, performed without remarks from the Contractor, in accordance with the requirements of the Technical Specification (Appendix A) to the documentation.
