The consultation concerns the awarding of framework agreements for "COMMUNICATION SERVICES FOR EPA NICE ÉCOVALLÉE". The framework agreements will be executed through purchase orders. The present consultation is divided into the following lots, each constituting a separate framework agreement: - Lot No. 1: COMMUNICATION ADVICE, VISUAL IDENTITY, CREATION OF COMMUNICATION TOOLS AND WEBSITE MANAGEMENT - Lot No. 2: ADVICE ON EDITORIAL AND CONTENT COMMUNICATION STRATEGY - PRESS RELATIONS AND SOCIAL MEDIA The contractor for Lot No. 1 will assist the EPA in defining, designing and implementing communication measures to enhance the visibility, clarity and appropriation of the Nice Écovallée project among its various audiences. In this capacity, it will assist the EPA in managing the "Nice Écovallée" brand identity. Its scope includes visual identity, information design, print, video or digital communication tools and website management. Therefore, Lot No. 1 includes four types of missions: - Mission 1: INSTITUTIONAL COMMUNICATION ADVICE - Mission 2: CREATION OF COMMUNICATION TOOLS - Mission 3: WEBSITE MANAGEMENT - Mission 4: SERVICES RELATED TO THE ORGANISATION AND OPERATION OF THE OVERALL MISSION The contractor for Lot No. 2 will act as an advisor on editorial and content communication, press relations and social media. It will assist the EPA in defining and implementing measures to enhance the visibility, clarity and appropriation of the Écovallée project among the various audiences. Its scope includes defining the editorial line, drafting key messages and language elements, strategic thinking, monitoring and media analysis, to enhance the visibility, clarity and appropriation of the Écovallée project. Therefore, Lot No. 2 also includes four types of missions: - Mission 1: ADVICE AND STRATEGY - Mission 2: PRESS RELATIONS - Mission 3: SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE IN MANAGING SOCIAL MEDIA - Mission 4: SERVICES RELATED TO THE ORGANISATION AND OPERATION OF THE OVERALL MISSION
