Poland – Fruit, vegetables and related products – Sukcesywna dostawa warzyw i owoców dla jednostek organizacyjnych Gminy Stalowa Wola w I i II kwartale 2027 r.

1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of vegetables and fruits for the organisational units of the Municipality of Stalowa Wola covered by this contract in the first and second quarters of 2027. 2. The scope of the contract includes successive deliveries for organisational units that are also the payers of the contract: 4) Detailed quality requirements and terms for successive deliveries for all organisational units of the Municipality of Stalowa Wola covered by this contract are included in Annex 2 to SWZ - Detailed requirements for the implementation of successive deliveries of vegetables and fruits – for parts I, II and III of the contract. 5) The contractor will carry out deliveries to the headquarters of the individual Awarding Entities at their own cost and using their own transport. The means of transport must meet the applicable sanitary requirements for the transport of foodstuffs. Unloading, including carrying, will be done to the place indicated by the Awarding Entity. 6) At the request of the Awarding Entity, the contractor will lend containers, boxes, etc. free of charge with each delivery for the period until the next delivery. 7) All products covered by the contract must be delivered in appropriate packaging and boxes (packaging material allowed to come into contact with food). 8) Deliveries will be made systematically in the quantities and at the times specified by the Awarding Entity within the time frame indicated in Annex 2 - Detailed requirements for the implementation of successive deliveries of vegetables, following prior notification by telephone, email or in person by the individual Awarding Entities/organisational units.
