B has a functional agreement concerning supervision, maintenance and fault rectification of land, land equipment, parts of buildings and certain administrative and technical services ("Land Maintenance Agreement"). B also has a functional agreement concerning cleaning of beaches and land in the form of supervision, maintenance and fault rectification ("Beach Maintenance Agreement"). Within the framework of the above agreements, for additional areas and in potential situations where neither of the agreements is applicable, B requires a framework agreement for ongoing procurement concerning land and beach maintenance. The scope of the framework agreement is detailed in the procurement documents.
