The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service for the design and execution of a permanent exhibition at the Henryk Sienkiewicz Museum in Wola Okrzejska in accordance with the assumptions presented in the document entitled: “Concept of a modern multimedia permanent exhibition of the Henryk Sienkiewicz Museum in Wola Okrzejska” along with the annexes: Annex 1A: List of exhibits Annex 1B: List of bibliophilic editions Annex 2: List of scenographic elements Annex 3: List of multimedia content Annex 4: Specification of equipment. 2. The subject of the contract is implemented in the “design and build” mode. 3. The subject of the contract includes, in particular: 1) preparation of the implementation project and execution of the exhibition, 2) preparation of the necessary technical documentation, 3) supply, implementation, assembly and commissioning of the exhibition, 4) author's supervision of the implementation, 5) handover of the complete exhibition for use. 4. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract, along with guidelines for the Contractor, the indication of the purpose and the spatial concept of the exhibition, was specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
