The total estimated value of the public procurement is 34 560,00 (thirty-four thousand five hundred and sixty euros and zero cents) euros excluding VAT, distributed by separate lots as follows: Lot No. 1 - „Specialised transport ventilator for the needs of KAIL-OIL“ – 28 000,00 euros excluding VAT. Lot No. 2 - „Telescopic frame for mobile stand for screens for the needs of Multiprofile Emergency Department – 10 units.“ – 5 900,00 euros excluding VAT. Lot No. 3 - „Multifunctional raft for stretcher for the needs of Multiprofile Emergency Department – 1 unit.“ – 450,00 euros excluding VAT. Lot No. 4 - „Turning trolley for the needs of Hand Surgery Clinic – 1 unit.“ – 210,00 euros excluding VAT. Pursuant to Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority has the right to award separate lots in the order valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the relevant separate lot does not exceed 79 998,77 euros for supplies and services, and the total estimated value of the separate lots awarded in this way does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the procurement. In this case, regardless of the remaining value of the procurement, it is awarded in the order applicable to the total estimated value of the entire procurement. Taking into account the above, the estimated value of: Lot No. 2 is 17.07% of the total estimated value; Since the estimated value of Lot No. 2 is less than 25 564,59 euros excluding VAT, it falls within the scope of Article 20, Paragraph 4, Point 3 of the Public Procurement Act. In view of the above and pursuant to Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, Lot No. 2 will be awarded in accordance with Article 20, Paragraph 4, Point 3 of the Public Procurement Act – by direct award. Lot No. 3 is 1.30% of the total estimated value; Since the estimated value of Lot No. 3 is less than 25 564,59 euros excluding VAT, it falls within the scope of Article 20, Paragraph 4, Point 3 of the Public Procurement Act. In view of the above and pursuant to Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, Lot No. 3 will be awarded in accordance with Article 20, Paragraph 4, Point 3 of the Public Procurement Act – by direct award. Lot No. 4 is 0.61% of the total estimated value; Since the estimated value of Lot No. 4 is less than 25 564,59 euros excluding VAT, it falls within the scope of Article 20, Paragraph 4, Point 3 of the Public Procurement Act. In view of the above and pursuant to Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, Lot No. 4 will be awarded in accordance with Article 20, Paragraph 4, Point 3 of the Public Procurement Act – by direct award. The estimated value of the present public procurement (Lot No. 1) is in the amount of 28 000,00 (twenty-eight thousand euros and zero cents) euros excluding VAT. In case of an offer from a participant with a higher value than the estimated value, the participant will be excluded from participation in the procedure. Validity period of the offers: 6 (six) months, counted from the final deadline for receipt of the offers. When examining the offers, the appointed commission will apply the so-called "reverse order", pursuant to Article 104, Paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act, in connection with Article 61 of the Ordinance on the Public Procurement Act. The technical and price proposals of the participants will be reviewed before the documents for certifying the personal status and the selection criteria. The Contracting Authority sets a requirement for the completeness of the offers. The contractor guarantees the performance of the obligations arising from the present Contract with a performance guarantee, in the amount of 5% (five percent) of the total value of the Contract excluding VAT.
