Finland – Construction work – Rakennustyöt puitejärjestely 2026

The subject of the procurement is the construction works of the Helen Group within the scope defined by the Contracting Authority in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The framework agreement is divided into two (2) sub-areas: Sub-area A: Construction works of less than one million euros (<1 000 000 €). Sub-area B: Construction works of more than one million euros (>1 000 000 €). The framework agreement mainly consists of contracts. Hourly work is intended to be ordered for clear, smaller entities. Hourly work does not refer to on-call duties. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its annexes. CONTRACT PERIOD The aim is for the framework agreement to enter into force on 1.10.2026. The contract period is eight (8) years. See also the framework agreement, clause 6, in the annex. The agreement will be finalised during the tendering phase. FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT VALUE The maximum value of the framework agreement for the entire contract period is 133 000 000 euros (VAT 0 %).
