The subject of the contract is the lease of an analyser for immunochemical tests, along with the supply of reagents, calibrators, control materials and operational materials for the needs of Medycznego Laboratorium Diagnostycznego SPZOZ Warszawa Wola–Śródmieście for a period of 36 months. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been specified in: a. Annex 2 to the SWZ – Itemised price list, containing the type and estimated quantities of the subject of the contract; b. Annex 2A to the SWZ – Minimum required parameters of the analyser.
