France – Railway transport services – RER A - Prestation de location de wagon type R90

This notice is to establish a framework agreement with a minimum and maximum amount for the rental of wagons for works on line A of the RER. The services are the subject of a single-source framework agreement with call-off orders. The RATP reserves the right to have similar services performed by the Contractor under the conditions set out in Article R21227 of the Public Procurement Code. It is noted that the required turnover must represent one and a half times the maximum annual amount awarded.
