Sweden – Software-related services – PRISMA

The contract concerns a service contract under which the supplier shall implement and provide a WFM system for personnel and staffing planning, scheduling, and call-out within the framework of project PRISMA, including outsourced operation. RSG's requirements for the WFM system are detailed in Annex A0 Contract Object. The assignment shall be carried out as a comprehensive commitment where the Supplier implements and manages the WFM system under its own result and management responsibility in accordance with agreed functional and quality requirements as well as agreed service levels. The terms of the assignment and the more detailed requirements and levels that the Supplier shall meet are set out in the Agreement, which constitutes an integrated part of the invitation to tender.
