Contract for works relating to the following operation: rehabilitation of the wastewater and rainwater networks of the restaurant building 0026 in BALMA. Estimated cost of works: 300 000 Euros excl. VAT. The start of the works is scheduled for Monday 21 September 2026. The duration of the preparation period is set at 3 weeks from the notification of the contract. The contractual duration of the contract is estimated at 4 months. The contract ends with the completion of the works. These deadlines are given purely as an indication, the buyer reserving the right to modify the above schedule. If necessary, it will inform the candidates as soon as possible.
