Lot 1-4: Contracting Authority Stadtwerke Bochum Netz GmbH. Excavation and cable laying works in the supply area of Stadtwerke Bochum Netz GmbH for measures in the electricity, gas and water networks up to a calculated external service sum of in total 20,000 EUR - based on the framework contract prices of this lot - per individual measure including on-call duty and fault clearance.

Lot 5 (District Bochum West, Areas 1 and 4): Contracting Authority Stadtwerke Bochum Netz GmbH. Excavation, pipe and cable laying works, cable joints low and medium voltage in the supply area of Stadtwerke Bochum Netz GmbH for measures in the electricity, gas and water networks up to a calculated external service sum of 20,000 to in total 200,000 EUR - based on the framework contract prices of this lot -

Objective participation rules and criteria: List and brief description of the rules and criteria: Any communication regarding the application for participation and the tender must be conducted via the tendering platform, the applications/offers must be submitted exclusively via the tendering platform. The required declarations, certificates and statements listed in the conditions of participation 1.) to 16.7) must be submitted in German - for foreign applicants, corresponding declarations/evidence from the country of origin in certified German translation, which are comparable to those required -. Certificates may be attached as copies. It is reserved to check the accuracy of the self-declarations made by the applicant in the context of the proof of suitability or the evaluation of suitability by requesting the corresponding certificates within a time limit or the accuracy of submitted copies of certificates by presenting the relevant certificates in original. For this purpose, the relevant applicant will receive a separate written request from the awarding authority or the contracting authority as part of the procedure. If the required certificates are not issued by the relevant Member State, these can be replaced by a statutory declaration, which a duly authorized representative of the company makes before a court or administrative authority, a notary or a professional body responsible for this in the country of origin or Member State. A certificate is considered current if it was issued less than one year ago (based on the deadline for the receipt of applications for participation). In the case of consortia, the declarations and certificates must be submitted by all members. Since this is a staged procurement procedure, the performance schedule and the documents required therein must be submitted only after the completed participation competition by the applicants who are invited to submit an offer.
