Throughout the entire network and associated civil engineering structures and P+R facilities, vegetation management and maintenance work must be carried out to preserve operational and traffic safety. This includes cutting/ mowing/mulching the vegetation (shrubs, bushes, ground cover, wild growth, etc.) on predominantly extensive areas, as well as grass and meadows. In autumn, this also involves collecting leaves on traffic areas and, as part of this, clearing surface drains and gullies. Additionally, waste from settlements in and adjacent to the track area and on KVB properties must be collected and disposed of professionally. The KVB intends to award the aforementioned services in the form of a framework agreement to a specialist company in garden and landscape construction, horticulture, landscape maintenance or rail services (hereinafter referred to as "AN") for a continuous period of four years, divided into three lots. The subject of the tender is a framework agreement with one framework partner per lot for vegetation management in the track area and P+R facilities. Lot 1: (all at the track) Vegetation management in the network, on extensive areas, clearing trees, clearing KVB civil engineering structures, Lot 2: Vegetation management P&R facilities, KVB substations, Lot 3: Cleaning fire loads tunnel portals.
