The Stadtwerke Waldkirchen, a municipal enterprise of the City of Waldkirchen, intends to carry out the comprehensive renovation of the Karoli Badepark at the location VdK-Heim-Straße 3 in 94065 Waldkirchen. Funding from two different funding sources (EFRE and RÖFE) is sought. The focus of the overall measure is on the technical and energy-related renewal of the indoor pool. Services are to be procured for the technical equipment design (ELT) (plant groups 4 and 5) according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI in the performance phases 1 to 3 and 5 to 9. The procurement will be carried out in stages. In the event of an order, the performance phases 1 to 2 will be procured first. The procurer will decide on the procurement of further performance phases according to the project progress (staged procurement). The following special services will be awarded: - Energy certificates as well as support for the energy optimisation report according to the requirements of the EFRE funding - Support in the preparation of the necessary documents and calculations for subsidy law assessments - Support in applying for funding (for EFRE and RÖFE) - Support in the settlement of funding, including proof of use (for EFRE and RÖFE) - Supervision of defect rectification within the limitation period.
