The subject of the contract is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (DNS) Planting of Trees to ensure the implementation of contracts for the needs of the contracting authority. The mentioned contracts are related to the management and maintenance of the property entrusted to the contracting authority. The aim of the DNS is to allow the contracting authority to place contracts flexibly in accordance with the law on public procurement according to its real needs, i.e. at the time and in the scope that is known to it. The DNS will be used for placing contracts related to the planting of trees commonly available on the market, within the DNS individual contracts will be continuously implemented. The DNS is established for a maximum duration of 6 years (72 months). This DNS is established for the needs of the contracting authority and contracts in it will be placed only by the contracting authority.
