The Internal Audit of STADT UND LAND is to be supported by an external service provider in terms of expertise and personnel in the implementation of the annual audit plan. For this purpose, the conclusion of a framework agreement is envisaged, on the basis of which the contractor will process the audit topics defined by STADT UND LAND. The audit services are to be provided in the co-sourcing procedure in close coordination with the Internal Audit of STADT UND LAND. The audits may in particular concern commercial, real estate, information technology, as well as governance, risk and compliance processes of the Group. This includes in particular business, support, control and monitoring processes. The subject of this framework agreement are not structural audits, construction project audits or other services of the construction audit. The regular requirement comprises one to two audit audits per year. In addition, an additional audit requirement may arise in particular due to personnel capacity bottlenecks or other operational requirements. Since the scope and timing of such additional requirements cannot be reliably predicted in advance, the contracting authority assumes up to nine audit audits per calendar year. There is no entitlement of the contractor to call up a certain scope of services.
