The subject of the award of pharmacy services is the supply of all in-patient departments with medicinal products, prescription-only medical devices and pharmacy goods, as well as the provision of all associated services and advisory services on the basis of relevant laws (especially § 14 para. 5 ApoG), regulations, professional regulations and official decrees. The award includes the conclusion of a supply contract in accordance with the Pharmacy Act (ApoG).
