The main building of the Alt-Schmöckwitzer Inselschule is in need of renovation and does not meet the requirements of a modern school building in many areas. The planned construction project includes the renovation of the existing building and the construction of an extension to functionally expand the current use. As part of the measure, barrier-free access will be provided by installing a lift and the internal layout will be adapted accordingly. In addition, barrier-free sanitary facilities will be added as well as additional functional rooms, including staff sanitary facilities and a server room. The interior fit-out includes the adaptation and renewal of the existing rooms as well as the complete fit-out of the new areas in the extension. It is intended to award the planning services for the technical equipment in performance phases 2 to 3 and 5 to 8 in plant groups 1-8 as well as special services.
