Bulgaria – Medical gases – Доставка на медицински газове и предоставяне на оборудване за тяхното съхранение и консумация за срока на действие на договора

The subject of this public procurement is “supply” as defined in Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Public Procurement Act. The subject of the award by this procedure is the periodic supply of medical gases for the needs of "Second SAHBALE - Sheynovo" EAD (CONTRACTOR), according to the attached technical specification, with the aim of selecting a supplier of the specified medical gases and concluding a supply contract under the conditions and in the order of the Public Procurement Act for a period of 24 months. The subject of the order also includes the provision of equipment for the storage and consumption of medical gases, for which a requirement is specified in the technical specification, and this to be done within 5 (five) days from the date of signing the contract, and for the additionally required equipment within 5 (five) days from the date of receipt of the written request from the contractor. The scope and main parameters of the public procurement are described in detail in the technical specification for the execution of the public procurement for the two separate positions, namely: Separate Position No. 1 "Supply of medical gases, registered as medicinal products – comprehensive offer" and Separate Position No. 2 "Supply of medical gases, registered as medical devices – comprehensive offer", attached to the participation documentation.
