France – Repair and maintenance services of central heating – Maintenance des installations de Chauffage, Ventilation, Climatisation, Traitement d'air et Eau Chaude Sanitaire du siège et des délégations de l'agence de l'eau Adour Garonne

This consultation concerns the contract for the maintenance of HVAC (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, air treatment, domestic hot water) systems in the buildings of the Adour-Garonne Water Agency's headquarters located at 90, rue du Férétra in TOULOUSE and the territorial delegations of the Adour-Garonne Water Agency, located in Toulouse, Bordeaux, Pau and Saint Pantaléon de Larche (Brive). This is a split contract for lump-sum services P2 + P3 (total guarantee or GER) with a clause for sharing savings (PFI GER contract) as defined in the guide for drafting technical clauses for public contracts for the operation of heating with or without major maintenance of equipment and with a requirement for results. The services are divided into 4 lots:

- Lot No. 1: Maintenance of the installations at the agency's headquarters and the Toulouse territorial unit

- Lot No. 2: Maintenance of the installations at the Bordeaux territorial unit

- Lot No. 3: Maintenance of the installations at the Pau territorial unit

- Lot No. 4: Maintenance of the installations at the Brive territorial unit
