No deadline given

Description

The subject of the procurement is the implementation of the comprehensive renovation of the B-wing of HUS Women's Hospital as a collaborative project management contract with a target budget. The B-wing is the last part of the main building of the Women's Hospital that has not undergone comprehensive renovation. The building was taken into use in 1934, and it is protected under the detailed plan sr-2. The comprehensive renovation covers the B-wing from the basement to the roof (total floor area approx. 8 661 m²), repairs indoor air issues and renews the spaces to meet the requirements of specialized healthcare. Additionally, a corridor will be constructed between the C- and L-wings, a new elevator will be installed, and the roof will be raised to create spaces for the ventilation unit. The planning of the comprehensive renovation is underway. The project will be implemented in an operational hospital environment, where the continuity of operations, patient and staff safety, as well as high cleanliness and hygiene requirements must be taken into account. The service provider is responsible for the project management contractor's tasks in the development and implementation phases. The Purchaser, the Purchaser's design team, and the project management contractor will jointly initiate the development phase, during which the implementation of the project will be planned in more detail, and the target budget and schedule of the project management contract will be defined. Transition to the implementation phase requires a separate decision by the Purchaser upon completion of the development phase. Preliminary schedule: tendering of the project management contractor 06/2026–12/2026, development phase 12/2026–03/2027 and implementation phase 03/2027–05/2029.
