Denmark – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Totalrådgivning vedr. genopbygning af Hal A i Ringsted Sportscenter

Ringsted Municipality's municipal council has decided that Hall A in Ringsted Sportscenter shall be rebuilt. Hall A was closed in December 2025 due to the risk of partial collapse of the roof and ceiling structure. Prior to its closure, Hall A was Ringsted Sportscenter's exhibition hall with a capacity of approximately 1,000 spectator seats, and was primarily used for association activities such as handball, floorball and elite handball, major events, exhibitions and arrangements. With the aim of rebuilding Hall A, Ringsted Municipality is offering "Contract for Total Consultancy regarding the Rebuilding of Hall A in Ringsted Sportscenter". The current tender conditions contain conditions and guidance for applying for pre-qualification for the above task, as well as conditions and guidance for the pre-qualified to submit a bid for the task. The contract includes technical consultancy and assistance carried out as total consultancy. The total consultant shall, according to the contract, overall carry out the following:

a. Consultancy in relation to qualifying the client's project material, final programming and rest-projecting the project proposal to the necessary extent, authority project, tender project and execution project.

b. Consultancy in relation to project management, including IT management.

c. Consultancy in relation to construction management, inspection and project follow-up during execution and delivery, including 1-year warranty inspection.

d. Work environment coordination during project planning and execution.

e. Assistance in relation to the implementation of tendering according to the tender law.
