Germany – Repair and maintenance services of security and defence materials – BG_1671_EU/26 - Werksinstandsetzung von Kabeln des Systems SPz Marder

The contract covers the maintenance of cables for the SPz Marder system. Bidders must take into account when submitting their tenders that the information on the respective lots is derived solely from historical data estimates and includes any additional requirements (safety margin) that may arise. The actual orders placed during the contract period may deviate in terms of the quantities required for the respective supply numbers contained in a lot. In any case, the upper limit for the respective order is the total quantity summarized in the relevant lot (estimate + safety margin). This contract does not obligate the contracting authority to place individual orders. The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends on 31.12.2029. Furthermore, the contracting authority reserves the right to extend the framework agreement optionally until 31.12.2032. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends for any legal reason, the framework agreement may be terminated by a special termination right.
