The subject of the contract is the supply in the form of a long-term lease of one brand-new telescopic loader, with a year of manufacture no earlier than 2026. 2. The loader supplied by the Contractor will be used to work with municipal waste in accordance with the characteristics of the waste industry. 3. The subject of the contract will be delivered to the address of the Contracting Authority: ul. P. Poleskiego 3, 10-410 Olsztyn. 4. In accordance with Article 5a of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine, it is prohibited to carry out a public procurement contract with the participation of subcontractors, suppliers or entities, on whose capacity one relies in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU, in the event that they account for more than 10% of the value of the contract. 5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is in Annex 1. to the SWZ entitled Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), in the Technical Specification of the Loader (Annex 4 to the SWZ) and in the Draft Contractual Provisions (Annex 2. to the SWZ). The parameters presented in the Description of the Subject of the Contract represent the minimum technical and quality requirements expected by the Contracting Authority.
