Total consultancy for the renovation of AAB Varde Afd. 2. The project consists of the renovation of 46 public housing units and the conversion of 5 commercial leases. The procurement of the total consultancy contract will be carried out as a negotiated procedure in accordance with §§ 61-66 of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority reserves the right to award the contract based on the initial tender. The requirements for the contract are outlined in the tender documents.
