Supply of foodstuffs, beverages and non-food products via a centralised purchasing platform (provided by the contractor). The subject of the present contract is the supply of foodstuffs, beverages and non-food products intended for the operation of the CPAS d'Ath kitchens. More specifically, the product families covered by the present contract are, in particular, the following: • Meats, poultry, charcuterie and derived products • Beverages • Frozen foods and ice cream • Bakery, fresh croissants and fresh pastries • Potatoes • Disposable tableware and catering consumables • Fresh fruit and vegetables • Dietetic products or products intended for a particular diet • Fish and similar products and derived products • Dairy products - Cheeses - Dairy desserts - Butter and margarine - Egg products • Dehydrated products and groceries. The contractor provides the contracting authority with an electronic ordering platform allowing access to its catalogue, the introduction of orders, the tracking of deliveries and the consultation of the purchase history. The contracting authority retains full control over the development of menus, the management of meal production, the management of stocks and the organisation of the kitchens. The present contract is therefore exclusively a supply contract. No kitchen management assistance service or meal production software is requested. By the sole fact of submitting a price in accordance with the present conditions, any tenderer acknowledges having inquired about all the charges that may be incurred in order to meet the requirements of the present contract.
