Participants must possess a valid certificate for trade in seed or planting material, issued by the Executive Agency for Seed Testing, Approval and Seed Control. The delivered seeds must be listed in the European Catalogue of Varieties or the Official Variety List of the Republic of Bulgaria, approved by the Executive Agency for Seed Testing, Approval and Seed Control (EASAC); The delivered seeds must meet the requirements of the Seed and Planting Material Act and the subordinate legislation regarding the production, packaging, labelling and other aspects related to the offered seeds, subject of the present public procurement; The delivered seeds must be from the 2026 harvest and must have a marked expiry date, which must be not less than 80% remaining shelf life at the time of delivery.
