Consultation for the supply and installation of urban heating and cooling network sections for the networks of the public urban heating services operated by DALKIA and its subsidiaries in the Loire-Auvergne area (Saint-Etienne, Saint-Chamond, Clermont-Ferrand...). The services will include the design of the network (execution studies, flexibility calculation notes...), the supply of network components, the excavation of the trench, the laying and welding of the pieces, the realization of the junctions, the tests, the backfilling of the trenches and the provisional and definitive repairs.
