Czechia – Construction work – „Novostavba budovy školy SŠŽ Sokolov na p. p. č. 386/1, k. ú. Sokolov“ – provádění stavby

The subject of the contract is the construction of the New Building of the School SŠŽ Sokolov at cadastral area 386/1, k. ú. Sokolov, which addresses the new construction of the building of the Střední škola živnostenská Sokolov, příspěvková organizace (hereinafter "SŠŽ Sokolov"). The actual construction is divided into several construction objects (hereinafter "SO"), a more detailed description of which is provided in the project documentation. This involves the realization of an object equipped with the appropriate infrastructure and all other construction and engineering objects, operational sets to ensure the operation of the school SŠŽ Sokolov, as well as the processing of the documentation of the actual implementation of the construction (DSPS) using the BIM method and ensuring the certification of the school building (min. bronze certificate) using SBToolCZ.
