Romania – Access control system – „Sisteme electronice de acces pasageri”

The subject matter of the procurement is the award of a sectoral supply contract for “Passenger Electronic Access Systems”. The product description is available in the Terms of Reference section of the present award documentation. The deadline by which clarifications can be requested to the Award Documentation: 14 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, clarification requests will be submitted in the Electronic Procurement System (S.E.A.P.). The contracting authority has set two deadlines for responding to all clarification requests as follows: the first deadline is 22 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders; the second deadline is 11 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The two deadlines for responding to clarifications do not affect the right of economic operators to submit clarification requests throughout the entire period from the date of publication of the Invitation to Participate and until the deadline 14 days before the deadline for submission of tenders set by the contracting authority. Depending on the complexity of the clarification requests submitted by the economic operators, for which the responses should be published at the first deadline indicated above, the contracting authority reserves the right to publish the clarification responses, respectively, at the second deadline set in the Award Documentation.
