1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a tracked excavator with working equipment, for actions within the scope of civil protection and civil defence. 2. The description of the subject of the contract, the conditions for its implementation and the obligations of the Contractor are contained in: 1) The draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, 2) The description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 3. The contract will be co-financed from the funds of the specific grant resulting from the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme. The contracting authority reserves the right to invalidate this tender procedure, if the public funds, which it intended to allocate for the financing of all or part of the contract, have not been granted. In the event of co-financing by the contracting authority, the Contractor will be responsible, including financially, for the loss or reduction of co-financing by the co-financing institution, if this is the result of incorrect execution of the subject of the contract, in particular any delays by the Contractor in its implementation.
