Procedure Procurement by means of the European open procedure in accordance with Chapter 2 of the ARW 2016. Contracting Authority The contracting authority for this procurement is the Municipality of Breda. For more information about the Municipality of Breda, please refer to the municipality's website: www.breda.nl. Participants, in addition to the Municipality of Breda, are: Municipality of Alphen-Chaam, Municipality of Baarle-Nassau, Municipality of Gilze and Rijen, Baarle-Hertog and Municipality of Etten-Leur. Contract The contract concerns the cleaning and the preventive and corrective maintenance of the mechanical installations 2027-2028 within the participating municipalities of the Cooperative Association for Water Management West-Brabant (SWWB). Lots This contract is divided into the following lots: Lot 1: ABG-organization (Municipality of Alphen-Chaam, Municipality of Baarle-Nassau and Municipality of Gilze and Rijen) and Baarle-Hertog; Lot 2: Municipality of Etten-Leur; Lot 3: Municipality of Breda. Objective The objective of this procurement is to conclude a framework agreement for each lot with one contractor with a duration of 2 years starting on 1 January 2027. The contracting authority has the right to extend this agreement twice by one year. The contracting authority will notify the contractor in writing at least 6 months before the contract expires whether the contracting authority will use the option to extend the contract. Otherwise, the contract will automatically end upon reaching the end date. A minimum term of 6 months also applies to the option years. Any extension will be under the same conditions and terms. The contracting authorities can each individually decide whether or not to extend the agreement without this having any consequences of any kind for the other individual contracting authorities. Maximum Contract Value The maximum contract value within the framework of this framework agreement is set at: Lot 1: ABG- organization (Municipality of Alphen-Chaam, Municipality of Baarle-Nassau and Municipality of Gilze and Rijen) and Baarle-Hertog € 1,700,000; Lot 2: Municipality of Etten-Leur € 1,100,000; Lot 3: Municipality of Breda € 1,200,000, over the term of the agreement, including extension options. No rights can be derived from the mentioned amount. There is no obligation to purchase for the contracting authority.
