Defensie Pijpleiding Organisatie (DPO) intends to conclude a contract with one contractor for the implementation of a new electrically driven pumping station in Markelo for the kerosene pipeline network through this European restricted procedure. With this European procurement, the contracting authority effectively complies with the policy guidelines as set out in the Procurement Policy For NATO Common Funding, which applies to this Contract. Companies from NATO countries can bid for the Contract by participating in the European procurement. In line with Article 32 of this framework, companies from countries other than those participating in the alliance are excluded from participating in this procurement as Invitee/Registrant, Member of a Consortium, Third Party or Subcontractor. The estimated value of the contract is approximately € 11,000,000 exclusive of VAT. This amount is indicative; no rights can be derived from it. See § 2.5 of the selection guide for more information.
