The procurement concerns the supply of medical furniture intended for the activities of hospitalisation, care, patient monitoring, transport and organisation of medical activities within the „Sfânta Maria” Clinical Hospital Bucharest. The procurement is structured into two lots, as follows: Lot 1 – Beds and medical furniture, which includes medical beds for wards and intensive care, stretchers for patient transport, medical night tables and chairs for collection; Lot 2 – Mobile systems for treatment, storage and organisation, which includes medical trolleys and modular systems for the storage, organisation and management of sanitary materials, medication and other products necessary for medical activities. The supplied products will be delivered, installed, tested and commissioned at the premises of the contracting authority, including the provision of warranty services, technical support and training, where applicable. PRODUCTS WILL BE SUPPLIED in accordance with the Technical Specifications. ATTENTION: REQUESTS FOR CLARIFICATION: 1. The deadline by which economic operators can request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 2. The contracting authority will respond, clearly and completely, TO ALL requests for clarifications/additional information on the 10th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. 3. Requests for clarification will be sent ONLY through the SEAP; 4. Responses to requests for clarification will be sent ONLY through the SEAP.
