The subject of the contract is the supply and transfer of ownership to the Buyer of hard drives for the project environment: 1) within the basic contract - one Device; 2) within the optional contract - one Device; as specified in Annex No. 1 to SWZ – Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter: "DOSC"), along with the provision or guarantee of warranty service for the Device in accordance with the Contract and the DOSC. 2. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.
