Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbieranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Latowicz w 2027 r.

The subject of the contract is the provision of services: 1. collection and disposal of municipal waste from property owners residing in the area of the Gmina Latowicz in 2027, 2. equipping PSZOK with devices for selective waste collection (containers/ bins) and collection and disposal of such waste. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (OPZ). The scope includes in particular: 1. collection of mixed and selective waste (paper and cardboard, glass, metals and plastics, bio-waste, ash, bulky waste, WEEE, used tyres, textiles and clothing) from properties in bags of 60-120 l (capacity 0.12 m³), with a frequency specified in the OPZ. Paper and cardboard, glass, metals and plastics, and ash are collected once a month. Bio-waste and mixed municipal waste are collected twice a month from April to October, and once a month from November to March. The bags have a specified colour and are marked with a label indicating the fraction, 2. non-chargeable equipment of properties with bags and delivery of schedules. The first set of bags and schedule in paper version the Contractor delivers to each property owner and approximately 50 copies of the schedule to the Office of the City and Gmina Latowicz. The schedule is also made available in electronic version. During collection the Contractor leaves bags corresponding to the number and type of fractions put out by the property owner, 3. collection of bulky waste, WEEE, tyres and textiles and clothing in the form of a display, at least once a year, on the same day for all these fractions, 4. equipment of PSZOK and collection of waste from PSZOK within 3 days of notification. Equipment of PSZOK takes place within 10 days from the start of contract performance, 5. weighing of waste on a scale with current legalisation and preparation of monthly reports, which are the basis for issuing an invoice, 6. achievement of the required levels of recycling and reduction of the mass of biodegradable waste landfilled. 3. According to the declaration, the number of residents served is 4817, and the number of property owners who have submitted declarations is 1543. The area of the gmina is 114.15 km², covering 18 localities (Borówek, Budy Wielgoleskie, Budziska, Chyżyny, Dąbrówka, Dębe Małe, Generałowo, Gołełąki, Kamionka, Latowicz, Oleksianka, Redzyńskie, Stawek, Strachomin, Transbór, Waliska, Wężyczyn, Wielgolas). The estimated amount of waste is approximately 1206 Mg/year. The quantities are indicative. The list of inhabited properties the Purchaser will transfer to the Contractor within the timeframe specified in the OPZ and will keep it up to date with the Contractor. 4. CPV codes: main 90500000-2; additional: 90511000-2, 90512000-9, 90513100-7, 90514000-3, 90533000-2. 5. The Contractor transfers the collected waste to facilities in accordance with the regional waste management plan (Waste Management Plan for Mazowieckie Voivodeship) and waste hierarchy.
