Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss einer nicht-exklusiven Rabattvereinbarung nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zum Wirkstoff Ciclesonid , ATC R03BA08 für die Zeit 01.04.2026 - 31.03.2027 (zzgl. Verlängerungsoption 1x12 Monate)

Section 130a, paragraph 8, of the German Social Code (SGB V) enables health insurance funds and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework rebate contracts for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory health insurance funds. With regard to the relevant legal provisions for the award of public contracts, the DAK-Gesundheit regularly conducts substance-related, formal tendering procedures according to the regulations of Part 4 of the German Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB). For medicines to be specified by the bidder in more detail in Annex 2 to the contract, containing the active substance Ciclesonid, ATC R03BA08, the DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude rebate contracts with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible, until new pharmaceutical rebate contracts come into force. A rebate contract under the licensing model for the aforementioned active substance will come into force for the first time on 01.04.2026 and will end on 31.03.2027 (plus extension option 1x12 months). It will automatically end, irrespective of this, with the coming into force of the exclusive contract.
