The subject of the present public procurement is SUPPLY - "supply of goods, carried out by purchase", in accordance with Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Public Procurement Act with Subject: "Supplies (carried out by purchase) of motor vehicles and their trailers (used specialised cargo vehicle with trailer; used electric dumper, equipped with a trailer) for the needs of Smolyan Municipality". The scope will be carried out within the framework of main activity No. 1 and the accompanying main activities, as follows: MAIN ACTIVITY NO. 1 – Organisation of transport of the supply; MAIN ACTIVITY NO. 2 – Organisation and implementation of the supply; MAIN ACTIVITY NO. 3 – Organisation and Conduct of Operation Instructions. All main activities No. 1 and No. 3, as necessary activities and all necessary costs for their implementation, will be included in the unit prices of main activities No. 2, which are reflected in the list of items from the Price Offer.
