Optional for the works and for the prevention of occupational risks, consisting of carrying out the following activities: Carry out the safety and health coordination functions during the execution of the Decommissioning and Closure Plan of the CN José Cabrera, coordinating the works activities to ensure that the principles of preventive action set out in Law 31/1995 of 8 November, on the Prevention of Occupational Risks (PRL), are applied consistently and responsibly, as well as carrying out the functions of the optional supervision of the works in accordance with the applicable regulations. Carry out the tasks of supervision, inspection and control of works executed within the framework of the PDC of the CN José Cabrera from the point of view of the prevention of occupational risks, as well as the Management of safety requirements applicable to contracting companies.
