The subject of the contract is the construction of a building in Polná na Šumavě as part of the investment action "Boletice – kasárna Polná – výstavba multifunkční budovy" on the lands and in the cadastral area indicated in the PD, and this in the scope and according to the construction documentation dated 12/2024, prepared by ÚJV Řež a.s., IČO 463 56 088 under the contract number 03-05761-30-001 and according to the construction documentation dated 09/2024, prepared by ÚJV Řež a.s., IČO 463 56 088 under the contract number 03-05761-30-001 (hereinafter referred to as "PD"), building permit/Intent approval no. 24-05-25 dated 15.9.2025 issued by the Property Section of the Ministry of Defence, Department of Territorial Interests and State Supervision, Building Office, Prague Office, Pardubice location.
