1. Subject of the Contract The subject of the contract is the delivery of red meat, frozen red meat, animal fats, red meat cured meats, poultry meat, and poultry cured meats for the 14th Military Economic Department in Poznań, according to the assortment and quantity list contained in the price form in accordance with Annex No. 2 (Task No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) to SWZ and the description of the subject of the contract, which is Annex No. 4 (Task No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5) to SWZ. 2. The Purchaser allows the submission of partial tenders. A partial tender is considered to be a tender covering the full assortment of a given task. Number of tasks: 5. Task No. 1 delivery of red meat, animal fats Task No. 2 delivery of red meat cured meats Task No. 3 delivery of poultry meat Task No. 4 delivery of poultry cured meats Task No. 5 delivery of frozen red meat 3. Delivery of the subject of the contract will take place by insured transport to the warehouses of the Purchaser - at the sole cost and risk of the Contractor. Delivery locations: 60-628 Poznań ul. Ogrodowa 1 CONTRACT PERFORMANCE PERIOD Planned delivery period: Deliveries will be made successively over a period not exceeding 12 months, not earlier than from 01.01.2027 and not later than until 31.12.2027. If the contract is concluded after 1 January 2027, deliveries will be made from the date of conclusion of the contract until 31 December 2027, and the contract performance period will be correspondingly shortened. The contract will be performed under the right of option until 31.12.2027 (subject to the Purchaser having the financial means for this purpose in the approved financial plan for the year 2027).
