The detailed description of the contract, related to the purchase and delivery of technical materials, network accessories, peripheral devices, data recording and reading devices, peripheral equipment, various parts for radio and radar equipment in the field of communications and IT for units and institutions supplied by the 15th Military Economic Department in Szczecin and Military Units and Institutions are as follows: For Part 1 entitled “Purchase and delivery of accessories for general-purpose network and teleinformatics equipment” in the price form constituting Annex 1A to SWZ. The subject of the contract should be executed in accordance with the conditions described in the above annex and the provisions of the future contract constituting Annex 6A to SWZ. For Part 2 entitled “Purchase and delivery of telecommunications cables for general-purpose, network and teleinformatics equipment” in the price form constituting Annex 1B to SWZ. The subject of the contract should be executed in accordance with the conditions described in the above annex and the provisions of the future contract constituting Annex 6A to SWZ. For Part 3 entitled “Purchase and delivery of peripheral devices” in the Subject of the Contract Description constituting Annex 2 to SWZ, price form constituting Annex 1C to SWZ. The subject of the contract should be executed in accordance with the conditions described in the above annexes and the provisions of the future contract constituting Annex 6B to SWZ. For Part 4 entitled “Purchase and delivery of telephone headsets type CISCO” in the price form constituting Annex 1D to SWZ. The subject of the contract should be executed in accordance with the conditions described in the above annex and the provisions of the future contract constituting Annex 6B to SWZ. For Part 5 entitled “Purchase and delivery of PZSM-03-04 headsets” in the price form constituting Annex 1E to SWZ. The subject of the contract should be executed in accordance with the conditions described in the above annex and the provisions of the future contract constituting Annex 6B to SWZ. For Part 6 entitled “Purchase and delivery of RACAL RAPTOR under-helmet headsets” in the price form constituting Annex 1F to SWZ. The subject of the contract should be executed in accordance with the conditions described in the above annex and the provisions of the future contract constituting Annex 6A to SWZ. For Part 7 entitled “Purchase and delivery of equipment for data storage and reading” in the price form constituting Annex 1G to SWZ. The subject of the contract should be executed in accordance with the conditions described in the above annex and the provisions of the future contract constituting Annex 6B to SWZ. The contracting authority requires contractors to submit relevant evidence to confirm that the offered supplies comply with the requirements, characteristics, or criteria specified in the subject of the contract. The contractor is obliged to submit relevant evidence with the offer. Details have been specified in Section 7 of SWZ.
