The subject of the performance of the public contract (hereinafter also "PC") is the expansion of the licensed package of IBM SW products to include the following products:

• D263ULL - IBM Informix 4GL Compiler Runtime Option Virtual Processor Core License + SW Subscription & Support 12 Months – quantity: 23

• D0529ZX - IBM Informix Advanced Enterprise Edition Cartridge for IBM Cloud Pak for Data Virtual Processor Core License + SW Subscription & Support 12 Months – quantity: 55. The detailed specification of the subject of the performance of the PC is given in Annex No. 2 ZD – Draft contract for the procurement of licenses and support for IBM Informix products (hereinafter referred to as the "draft contract" or "contract").
