The subject of the Contract is the provision by the Contractor of maintenance services and ongoing supervision of the used integrated IT System (including mechanisms integrating the individual system modules) within the scope and on the terms specified: Package No. 1 a) for the Hospital System - in Annex „1” to SWZ b) for the Laboratory System – in Annex „2” to SWZ c) for the Administrative System – in Annex „3” to SWZ and in the service contract project, being Annex No. 8 to SWZ. Package No. 2 a) for the CATO system and in the service contract project, being Annex No. 11 to SWZ.
