The Aurich ammunition depot will be reconceived and restructured based on the specifications in the created utilisation concept. This results in new requirements for storage and maintenance capacities in terms of quality and quantity. Additionally, the existing building substance has been assessed and a need for a complete renewal of the existing infrastructure has been identified. The aim is to bring the infrastructure requirements to the current state of the art as standardised as possible with demand-oriented storage technology and process-organisationally optimised work areas. To implement this objective, the planned extensive restructuring and adaptation of the property is required.
