The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. The services are settled by unit prices. The minimum amount of orders for the duration of the contract is 80,000 euros (excl. VAT). The maximum amount of orders for the duration of the contract is 500,000 euros (excl. VAT). The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 4 years from its notification date. The start of the services is scheduled for the third quarter of 2026. The indicated start date is a provisional date. In case of award to a consortium, the joint and several liability consortium form may be imposed by the contracting authority. This constraint is due to the particular form of the contract, which poses accounting management difficulties during the execution of the contract for identical services. If the consortium awarded the contract is of a different form, it may be required to ensure its transformation to comply with the contracting authority's wish.
