France – Insurance brokerage services – PRESTATION DE COURTAGE ASSURANCE (DOMMAGES et LIGNES FINANCIERES)

This notice aims to establish a single-supplier, multi-lot framework agreement, with no minimum and a maximum amount of 1 600 000 €. The framework agreement concerns a brokerage service to assist the RATP group in placing and managing its insurance programs on the market. The framework agreement is divided into two (2) distinct lots: - Lot 1: Property insurance brokerage services - Lot 2: Financial lines insurance brokerage services. Each lot will be awarded to a Contractor. For each of the two lots, the expected services include, in particular: 1. Assistance with placing programs • Developing and recommending optimized placement strategies; • Drafting and proposing adapted policy wording; • Assisting with the award of public procurement contracts; 2. Policy management and support • Implementing a customized support plan including: o Proactive follow-up and continuous optimization of guarantees; o Action back-scheduling (certificates, summaries, activity points). • Support during risk inspections. • Managing claims beyond contractual deductibles; • Managing major claims. 3. Activity monitoring and reporting • Continuous supervision and adjustment of programs; • Preparing regular reports (performance, costs, risk evolution); • Annual review of coverages; • Monitoring of recommendations and action plans.
